Hey Amplifier! I’m SO excited to host you at AMPLIFY!

I’m Vanessa, a high-producing real estate agent in Tampa, FL and owner of The AMPLIFY Group – a literal family of boss women.

My clients know me as their real estate bestie.

I’m one of the top 1% of agents at our brokerage and over the last 24 months, The AMPLIFY Group has helped over 95 people buy or sell their homes to the tune of $40 Million in volume – without door knocking, cold calling, or spending thousands of dollars on leads.

I’m passionate as hell about inspiring, empowering, and equipping women to reach our limitless potential and though my formal education is in Women’s and Gender Studies, it pales in comparison to my life skills as a feminist in business.


I believe in the power of community – especially in
female dominated spaces.

It’s where girls take up space, love themselves, and ROCK OUT.

FIRST LADIES FARM AND SANCTUARY

The First Ladies Farm is an urban farm and animal sanctuary that rescues cats and domestic poultry and provides love, care, and a safe haven for as long as it takes to find their forever homes. Through their Street Strife to Farm Life working cat program, they reimagine traditional TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, return) to reduce the population of stray and unwanted cats by placing them at farms, barns, and other businesses in need of natural pest control. First Ladies Farm started with one tiny coop and 6 hens named for the First Ladies of the United States!

  • Tickets are currently $50 off for early bird sale! Get them now for $199 (includes BOTH days). Full price tickets are $249. There is no VIP option available because we believe we’re all VIPs and we want you all to be part of everything! You CAN sit with us!

  • If you are coming from out of town or just want to make a weekend of it, we recommend The Barefoot Beach Club or The Cambria Hotel in Madeira Beach are both gorgeous and within walking distance from The West Events. But there are plenty of hotels and Air BnB’s near by as well!

  • We’re providing complimentary valet parking at The West Events for all guests. Woo! You’re welcome!
